Wow !, did I just see the sun come out ?, could be the start of summer !
Summer is of course the time when most open-air festivals take place and I´ll be participating in one or two ; Marlboruogh International Jazz Festival (GB) with The Birmingham Blues Friends, Lichtensteig Jazz Festival (CH) with the BBF featuring special guest Georg Schroeter, a real fine boogie man !, and The Big Boogie Night, Jonzac (F), with my old pal Jean-Pierre Betrand.
Full details of these and other venues will be posted shortly.
I have completed writing a new CD a will be looking to record it in the near future.

In case the rain decides to pay us another visit, which I am sure it will, try and get hold of "Half aint been told" by Otis Spann, (Black Cat Records), a superb piano blues recording featuring Muddy Waters, ideal listening for those rainy days.
